Jorge L. Titinger President & Chief Executive Officer

Jorge L. Titinger joined SGI as President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a member of our Board of Directors, on February 27, 2012. Mr. Titinger previously worked for Verigy Ltd., where he served as president and chief executive officer from January 2011 to July 2011, as president and chief operating officer from July 2010 to January 2011, and as chief operating officer from June 2008 to July 2010.
Verigy was acquired by Advantest Corporation in July 2011, and from then until October 2011, Mr. Titinger provided transitional services as president and chief executive officer of Verigy, then a subsidiary of Advantest. Prior to Verigy, Mr. Titinger held executive positions at FormFactor, Inc., KLA-Tencor Corporation, and Applied Materials, Inc. Before his 17 year career in the semiconductor equipment industry, Mr. Titinger spent 10 years in the computer industry, where he held positions of increasing responsibility at Hewlett-Packard Company, MIPS Computer Systems, Inc., and Silicon Graphics, Inc. Mr. Titinger holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. degree in Engineering Management from Stanford University.

Bob Braham Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer

Bob Braham is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for SGI. In this role Bob is responsible for product management, global structure and execution of all aspects of SGI's outbound marketing efforts. Prior to his position at SGI, Bob was the Vice President for the Enterprise Storage Division at EMC Corporation. Before EMC Bob held key positions at prominent technology companies Brocade Communications, NetApp, and Sun Microsystems. Bob holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Duke University. He has served on the Boards at Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, Thinking Media, and Mo-Dv.

Tony Carrozza Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales

As Executive Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Tony leads all customer-facing activities on a worldwide basis in a single, integrated organization ranging from pre-Sales and Sales to Professional and Technical Services. Prior to his expanded role, Tony was SGI's Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales. Tony brings more than 30 years of high tech sales and leadership experience to SGI. Before joining the company, Tony was Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales for Quantum Corporation, where he managed a 200 person sales and support organization that generated more than $800 million in revenues. While at Quantum, Tony also served as VP of Worldwide Sales for the DLT Tape Group and VP of Sales Strategy and Business Planning. He also held management positions at Neterion Inc. and Iomega Corporation, and holds a B.A. from Iona College in New York.

Cassio Conceicao Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Cassio Conceicao, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, has over 25 years of technology industry experience, leading change and continuous improvement across a broad range of business disciplines, such as operations, business development, product development, marketing, engineering, and customer service. Prior to SGI, Mr. Conceicao served as Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Services Business at Applied Materials, Inc., the global leading provider of manufacturing equipment to the semiconductor, flat-panel display, and solar energy industries. He previously held the position of Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Kinetics Fluid Systems, a manufacturer of gas delivery systems and components for the semiconductor equipment industry.
Mr. Conceicao earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, both from Stanford University.

Eng Lim Goh, Ph.D. Senior Vice President & Chief Technology Officer

Dr. Eng Lim Goh joined SGI in 1989, becoming a chief engineer in 1998 and then chief technology officer in 2001. He oversees technical computing programs with the goal to develop the next generation computer architecture for the new many-core era. His current research interest is in the emerging need for in situ or integrated visualization of Big Data. In 2005, InfoWorld named Dr. Goh one of the World's 25 Most Influential CTOs. That same year he was also included in the HPCwire list of "15 People to Watch." In 2007, he was named "Champions 2.0" of the industry by BioIT World magazine, and received the HPC Community Recognition Award from HPCwire. Dr. Goh is a frequent industry speaker and he continues to discuss, in different forums, innovative technologies and their applications.
Before joining SGI, Dr. Goh worked for Intergraph Systems, Schlumberger Wireline and Shell Research.
A Shell Cambridge University Scholar, Dr. Goh completed his Ph.D. research and dissertation on parallel architectures and computer graphics, and holds a first-class honors degree in mechanical engineering from Birmingham University in the U.K.
Dr. Goh has been granted four U.S. patents, two of which as the inventor and the others as co-inventor.

Dick Harkness Senior Vice President of Manufacturing

As Senior Vice President of Manufacturing, Dick leads SGI's worldwide supply chain and manufacturing functions, from the company's manufacturing facilities in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. Since joining SGI in 1991, Dick has held a variety of progressive responsibilities in materials and operations management. Prior to joining SGI, Dick had several positions in manufacturing and supply chain management with Unisys and Convergent Technologies. Dick received his B.S. in Business Management from San Jose State University.

Jony Hartono Vice President of Corporate Development

Jony Hartono is vice president of Corporate Development at SGI, responsible for M&A, strategic partnerships and other related transactions. He works cross-functionally to provide planning, advisory, execution and integration management for SGI acquisition and strategic activities. He joined SGI (Rackable System) in 2004 as director of financial planning and analysis and was instrumental with the company public offerings and M&A acitivites. Before SGI, he worked in corporate finance and operational roles at Atrica, Vyyo, Citadon (Cephren) and Nortel (Bay Networks). He started his career focusing on structured financing at a Sumitomo Corporation joint venture and as equity analyst at Peregrine Sewu Securities. Jony earned his BA summa cum laude from University of Oregon and MBA with distinction from Indiana University. Jony is also a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®).

Praveen Mandal Senior Vice President of Engineering

As Senior Vice President of Engineering, Praveen leads all engineering efforts related to the company's server, storage and software products. Praveen brings over 20 years of high technology engineering experience to the role. Prior to joining SGI, he was president and founder of California-based Coulomb Technologies where he was responsible for all aspects of the company’s business, including research and development, product management and technical support. While there, he grew the company to an organization of over 100 employees and to a leader in networked charging stations for electric vehicles. Prior to Coulomb, Praveen served as vice president of Research and Development for Carrier Ethernet Solutions at Lucent Technologies. Before joining Lucent through an acquisition, he served as vice president of Engineering at Riverstone Networks Inc.
Praveen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Santa Clara University, and co-authored four patents.

Bob Nikl, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is a seasoned global financial executive with experience in all financial and internal control activities, including financial planning and reporting, accounting, internal audit, investor relations, tax, treasury and risk management. Prior to SGI, Mr. Nikl served as chief financial officer of Verigy, Ltd and the semiconductor manufacturing equipment maker Asyst Technologies, Inc. He has also held executive finance positions in industry leading companies including Solectron Corporation and Xerox Corporation. Bob began his career in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Bob earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University in New York, and is a Certified Public Accountant with active licenses in California and New York.

Jennifer Pileggi Senior Vice President, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary

As Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Jennifer oversees worldwide legal affairs, including securities law and other regulatory matters, corporate governance, ethics and compliance, intellectual property, financial transactions and general corporate matters, and provides leadership and direction to the company's legal staff and outside counsel. Prior to joining SGI, Jennifer was Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Con-way Inc. (NYSE:CNW), a $5 billion freight transportation and logistics services company now headquartered in Ann Arbor, MI. As the company's chief attorney, Jennifer managed the company's legal staff and had ultimate responsibility for all legal and compliance functions. She previously served as Vice President and Corporate Counsel for Menlo Worldwide, Con-way's $1.5 billion supply chain management business segment, a position she had held since 2003. Jennifer started her career in 1996 as the first attorney for Menlo Worldwide's logistics subsidiary, Menlo Logistics. An attorney with 21 years of experience in corporate law, Jennifer started her legal career in 1990 with Heller, Ehrman, White and McAuliffe in San Francisco, Calif.
Jennifer earned a bachelor's degree in art history from Yale University, where she graduated with honors. She earned her J.D. degree from the New York University School of Law and is a member of the American Bar Association and the California State Bar Association. She served on the Board of Directors of the California Chamber of Commerce, and is a member of the General Counsel Executive Advisory Council of the Bay Area Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel.

Rick Rinehart Senior Vice President of Services

As Senior Vice President of Services, Rick manages the worldwide services organization, overseeing customer support, professional services, field service, spares and warranty management, and remedial maintenance services. Rick comes to SGI from Sun Microsystems (now Oracle) where, as vice president of global customer services, he managed a 1,200-person service delivery team that supported over $1.4B in services revenue. Prior to Sun, he was at StorageTek where he led the federal government services sales and delivery functions with overall responsibility for support and professional services. Rick held sales and services leadership positions at NCR Government Systems and served in the US Army for 10 years. He holds a BS in Information Systems from the University of Maryland and an MS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
