A dedicated SGI® Altix® 4700 system, complemented by 100 TB of SGI® InfiniteStorage, is installed at the Center for Aircraft Structural Life Extension at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Colorado Springs, Colo., campus to help solve a class of problems associated with aging air craft.
