SGI Announces Date for Annual Meeting of Stockholders

FREMONT, Calif. — July 28, 2010 — Silicon Graphics International Corp. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: SGI), a global leader in HPC and data center solutions, announced today that its Board of Directors has set December 3, 2010 as the date for an annual meeting of the stockholders to be held in Fremont, California.

Formal notice of the meeting and the Company's proxy statement will be sent to stockholders of the Company in due course.
