(Please note that Customers WITHOUT a valid Hardware & Software Maintenance Agreement will be subject to Time & Materials charges.)

When logging a call, please have ready your:

  • system serial number
  • contact name
  • company name & address
  • telephone number, fax number, e-mail address
  • operating system version
  • short description of problem
