The Silicon Graphics Fuel® visual workstation comes with a limited manufacturer's product warranty that includes:
Hardware warranty coverage
- Available Monday through Friday, normal business hours (nine hours per day, determined locally)
- One-year on-site hardware parts repair and replacement with next-business-day on-site response time
Software warranty coverage
- Telephone technical assistance (first 90 days only)
- Software updates are not included
- Applies only to operating systems installed by SGI
