Service/Warranty

SGI Rackable Standard-Depth comes with a limited manufacturer's product warranty that includes:

Hardware warranty coverage:

  • Three-year on-site hardware repair and parts replacement with next-business-day on-site response.
  • Parts and labor included, 5x9 coverage.

(Rackable Standard Depth products quoted/shipped prior to October 1, 2007 come with three-yr parts exchange warranty.)

Software warranty coverage:

  • Telephone technical assistance (first 90 days only)
  • Software updates are not included
  • Applies only to operating systems installed by SGI

SGI® FullExpress™ Fast, comprehensive software and hardware support delivered by SGI service experts. Features a four-hour on-site response for hardware support, telephone technical assistance and software updates for SGI software products.
