The f1200 Entry-level system is an affordable, shared memory, entry-level server with 8 Dual-Core Intel® Xeon® processors 5100 series, and is ideal for power users or small workgroup environments and as a development platform. With lower power consumption and lower noise level, this configuration can be implemented in office environments.
The f1200 Mid-range shared memory system scales up to 12 Dual-Core or Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processors 5100 or 5300* series, addressing higher-end application requirements, larger memory footprint, performance and throughput or a larger number of users.
The f12000 High-end shared memory system scales up to 24 Dual-Core or Quad-Core Intel® Xeon® processors 5100 or 5300* series, and provides up to 384GB RAM. The High-End configuration is ideal for the most complex and demanding departmental HPC problems.
