OpenGL Multipipe™ 2.5.2 runs on all Silicon Graphics® visualization systems and provides a robust, scalable environment that includes both display and performance scaling. OpenGL Multipipe 2.5.2 is built on top of DMX and uses multiple processes to distribute OpenGL® information and achieve scalability. The operating system prerequisite for OpenGL Multipipe 2.5.2 is IRIX® 6.5.22 for Silicon Graphics® Onyx4™ systems, IRIX® 6.5.15 for all other Onyx systems, and SGI's ProPack for Linux® on the Silicon Graphics Prism® family of visualization systems.
