In order to access online technical support center, you will first need to register your Star-P product by providing your contact information, subscription code, and system host id.

Once you have registered your product, you can access the Interactive Supercomputing online support center using your username and password. The Interactive Supercomputing Online Technical Support Center provides a wealth of information which includes online documentation, training materials, frequently asked questions, downloading Star-P software updates, problem reporting, and more.
