SGI InfiniteStorage Gateway comes with a limited manufacturer's product warranty that includes:
Hardware warranty coverage
Software warranty coverage
- Available Monday through Friday, normal business hours (nine hours per day, determined locally)
- Three-year on-site hardware repair and parts replacement with next-business-day on-site response time
- Telephone technical assistance (first 90 days only)
- Software updates are not included
- Applies only to operating systems installed and supported by SGI

||Our premier support service delivers complete hardware and software assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Four hour on-site response on hardware problems involving field replaceable units, telephone / electronic technical support and software updates for SGI® software products. Optional on-site hardware response acceleration to two hours is available.
||Fast, comprehensive software and hardware support delivered by SGI service experts. Features a four-hour on-site response for hardware support involving field replaceable units, telephone / electronic technical assistance, and software updates for SGI® software products.
||FullCare provides complete hardware and software support during standard business hours (5x9). FullCare includes a next-business-day, on-site response for hardware problems involving field replaceable units and telephone technical support. Extended coverage hours available.
||Expert installation according to desired hardware configuration. Hardware upgrades, system relocation and network integration services are available.
|Data Storage Implementation
||SGI Services provides basic disk set up, disk management, exercising/formatting of disks and LUN configuration in this service. Includes guides for creating volumes and documentation of the implementation process.
