Prerequisites
Students should have a fundamental understanding of the feature set offered by the ZENworks 7 Desktop Management product as well as practical experience using ZENworks Desktop Management (or its earlier version, ZENworks for Desktops).

You should also have completed at least one of the following Novell course: Advanced Technical Training course on ZENworks Desktop Management, or have 6-12 months hands-on experience using the Novell ZENworks 6.5 or higher version of the product.
