Real-Time Programming
The Real-Time Programming course for the Power Series, Silicon Graphics® Onyx®, Challenge®, and the SGI® Origin® family servers teaches programmers the techniques required to write programs that use the real-time capabilities of SGI® multiprocessor workstations. Students also learn how to optimize and tune their programs and systems to increase performance. Topics Covered

This course is intended for programmers who are familiar with real-time applications, including visual simulation, flight simulation, process control, or high-speed data acquisition and analysis but cannot write or tune applications using SGI® REACT software. Prerequisites Students should have C or Fortran programming experience. Class Hours Class starts at 9:00 AM.
