SGI Customer Education offers the ACE program to provide metrics measuring students' comprehension of topics presented in our training courses. By successfully completing examinations in this program, students earn certificates and titles that recognize the knowledge they have acquired.

Use the following registration form to schedule an examination at a time other than the last day of class. (This is useful for testing out of a course or sequence, for retaking an examination, or for when you did not want to take the exam on the last day of class.)

You can take the examination at an SGI training center or local testing center (if available).

Note: If you want to take the examination on the last day of class (included in the cost of the class), indicate this on the course schedule/registration form.

Examination Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled examination, please notify SGI at least 15 business days prior to the examination date. Cancellation requests received within 15 business days of the examination date will be assessed the following penalty:

• Between 10 and 15 business days prior to the test date: 50% test fee charge
• Less than 10 business days prior to the test date: 100% test fee charge

Local testing centers may also have cancellation policies; if you cancel an examination at a local testing center, you will also be responsible for any cancellation charges accessed by the test center.
