SGI follows standard operating procedures to ensure timely and orderly service for our customers. We are a member of FIRST, a coalition of individual response teams around the world, and other industry-wide security organizations. SGI tracks security issues, alerts, advisories and updates, and rapidly addresses software breaches with immediate patches and longer-term solutions as soon as possible.
