MLC++
MLC++ is a library of C++ classes for supervised machine learning. MLC++ (up to version 1.3.X) was developed at Stanford University and was public domain; that version is still distributed as such by SGI.

Standard Template Library (STL)
This archive of the Standard Template Library, or STL, is a C++ library of container classes, algorithms, and iterators; it provides many of the basic algorithms and data structures of computer science.
